Windmill Tavern
!!! THIS IS A PLAYTEST/PROTOTYPE !!!
There will be bugs and unfinished stuff. Assets are incomplete and/or incoherent.
The goal is to see if this idea can work as a fully fledged game (with more systems and unlocks of course)

Things to know:
- If you switch browser tabs, the game will pause. So best to keep the tab open or put in an extra window, then it should be fine.
- If you have Villagers that is constantly in Idle Mode, click on them and they look for an open task. (They also do this automatically but can sometimes fail to find something)
- The Windmill is your central building and menu for all upgrades and unlocks
- the Info Panel does not feature all information I want it to show (e. g. how much resource certain buildings need per cycle)
- the background is barren / birds are cute but a placeholder
- tooltips are way too big atm
- the Trading Spot tooltip has some funky visuals

Nice game so far. I can give some of my suggestions, which might have been listed below, or you already have marked down:
- Upgrades for workers
- Priority sell improvemen
What I noted was that the wheat field is cleared, but the worker still does one operation to the field and back with no results. I also had a worker drop an empty box, which makes the game even slower.
Overall a nice game with a lot of potential. Will return with the next update.

Your suggestions are already on my list and will be implemented some time in the future for sure.
About the empty wheat field: this was supposed to be the "watering the seeds" state, but without an actual animation it feels useless. So, it is planned to skip this step and just regrow the wheat once it has been fully harvested.
I'll look into the empty boxes.

it's good, but feels a bit slow... i wish the workers prioritize doing deliveries first and then collect, since i can collect clicking but cannot make delivers myself

Yeah, the pacing is overall too slow. The villagers have a priority system for the next job they take. But there is currently no way for the player to see that and make changes to it. I will definately implement this! And I am also thinking about ways to either trade manually or more options to get gold.
hi, suggestion:
-a way to set selling priority. at the moment they sell water/berries. not bread.
or maybe be able to set jobs. and have more than one seller.
-pan faster left/right

looks nice. it has a nice feel. no crazy sub menus. :)
the art looks nice. its always nice to have the cycle times represented by some actual psychics (the crew walking around etc influencing the speed of the game)
a good base for a game.
